When you suffer with chronic pain and/or fatigue; getting out of bed can feel like running up Everest. In the Winter. With no shoes on.
Learning how to manage your energy levels, move correctly, fuel your body, and work on your mindset all play a massive part in your quality of life.
I have helped an array of clients with many different conditions that cause chronic pain and/or fatigue; to regain strength and confidence both physically & mentally.
These conditions include Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn's disease, Fibromyalgia, Sarcoidosis, Acute & Chronic Back pain and more.
Why me?
I have helped many of my clients regain strength, confidence and independence through my empathic, patient approach. I understand that everyday can look different & I help you to adjust to that, look for patterns and pre-empt the 'struggle days' so they become less frequent / less impactful.
We will work remotely following my compassionate, evidence-informed approach that bridges the gap between medical care and everyday life, offering structured support that honours the complexity of chronic conditions while focusing on sustainable, personalised progress.

I have tried & tested my methods, experience and knowledge to help women improve and sometimes eradicate their back pain.
I have done the same with my Bricks Method approach to fat loss and strength gain through menopause, with all it's other mental and physical challenges.

I only take on 3 clients every 6 weeks as I work very closely with each of you to ensure we get maximum return on this investment in yourself.
