Chronic Pain Management
Chronic pain and limited mobility can seriously impact your quality of life. Learning how to manage your energy levels, move correctly, fuel your body and work on your mindset all play a massive part in the size of that impact, both positively and negatively.
Movement is medicine when performed correctly, which is exactly how I help my chronic pain & mobility clients.
I have helped many women with different conditions that cause chronic pain and/or fatigue; to regain strength and confidence both physically & mentally.
These conditions include Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn's disease, Sarcoidosis, Acute & Chronic Back pain and more.
The mental impact of these conditions or injuries is often under-rated and sadly not accounted for in your care plan, or you are left with long waiting times.
Within my coaching I help you to:
- learn to move safely in every day activities
- understand how to manage your energy levels with out wiping yourself out or feeling deflated when you can't do simple tasks
- factor in some compassion and appreciation for yourself to help you cope on the tough days
- take a holistic approach to your lifestyle - nutrition, sleep, socialising, movement, routine & structure - to ensure your efforts bring you the best possible results
- meet you where you are.
This is not a generic plan, I will build a system that works with you, for you. We will work remotely using my coaching platform to build you routines, habits and tools to have you feeling strong, confident and positive.

And how small improvements can make a massive difference with day to day movements.

When I met Kirsty I had ongoing lower back and knee pain, with poor mobility and flexibility.
After only a few months the difference is incredible.
I am pain free, gaining flexibility and strength, and really enjoying my sessions.
Kirsty fully explains the benefits of each personalised exercise and ensures I perform them correctly.
She is supportive, encouraging and makes the sessions enjoyable.
