Online coaching

All coaching options include access to my client education library, packed full of resources, recipes and guides to help you achieve your goals.

  • 1:1 Coaching -

Whether you need help with mobility, fat loss, lower back pain, strength gain; or a combination of the above; we'll work together to get you results that last. And, I'll show you how to really enjoy your life along the way.

You'll have sessions to complete at home or using a gym membership in your choice of gym; and we'll work on your nutrition, mindset and lifestyle.

We'll have a weekly 1:1 check in and a monthly team zoom call to work through any barriers you come across and ensure you stay accountable and enjoy the process.

In Person training

 My private, female only studio is in the beautiful Penrhos Manor in Colwyn Heights, North Wales.

I offer the following in person sessions:

  • 1:1 Personal Training -

A monthly programme built on your goals, preferences and ability levels - with flexible session times to suit around childcare/work commitments. This includes full support coaching around nutrition, mindset and habit building, and a weekly check in to help you achieve your goals.

  • 4:1 Personal Training -

A monthly programme tailored to more general fitness goals as you train with 3 other women to improve your fitness. This includes access to my client education library to help you improve your nutrition and mindset, and a weekly check in to help you achieve your goals.

  • Group sessions of up to 12 ladies

Full body, Upper & Lower body sessions available as monthly packages or payg.

I pride myself on Kinetic HQ being a friendly, welcoming environment to train in, no matter your age, ability, shape or size. We all start somewhere and you will find your cheer squad here ready to help you along the way!

As my passion lies within resistance training, that is the primary focus within my sessions as I help to educate my clients on the phenomenal benefits of weight lifting. These range from reducing your risk of osteoporosis to improving your mental health, building bone density to prevent fractures from falls, and improving core stability and balance.

This doesn't mean you're expected to shift twice your body weight with each movement. We'll get you comfortable and confident with the movement patterns & work on improving posture, mobility & flexibility where needed, gradually building up the intensity along the way.
