Online coaching

If you enjoy going to the gym but need a plan to follow; or you can't get to the gym but want to work out at home; this is for you!

We'll discuss your goals and your training likes & dislikes, and put together a workout plan to suit your lifestyle, with a monthly zoom call and weekly check in's to ensure you are happy with your programme, make any adjustments necessary, set weekly goals and targets, and work through any barriers to your goals.

My app will be fully loaded with your programme, goals, targets and daily habits and the in-app calendar provides reminders & tasks for the day. It connects to your Fitbit, Apple watch, My fitness pal and Garmin, and you can upload pictures & body measurements to monitor your progress.

I will also set your calorie and macronutrient targets (carbohydrates, protein & fats) and provide recipe ideas to help you achieve your goals, with regular support & communication from me, and the option to book additional 1:1 sessions for specific coaching or advice to enhance your programme.

Personal training

 I’m based in a private, female-only gym in Rhos-On-Sea, North Wales with 5 other self-employed coaches.

We are not an open gym so you need to book a session to come & use the gym; keeping the numbers low for a friendly, welcoming environment to train in.

Each session is tailored to you - your goals, preferences and ability levels - with flexible times to suit around childcare/work commitments.

As my passion lies within resistance training, that is the primary focus within my sessions as I help to educate my clients on the phenomenal benefits of weight lifting. These range from reducing your risk of osteoporosis to improving your mental health, building bone density to prevent fractures from falls, and improving core stability and balance.

Alongside this we will be creating a positive relationship with food to fuel your workouts and create balance rather than restriction. This doesn't mean we have to shift twice our body weight with each movement, we start low & work on improving posture, mobility & flexibility where needed, and gradually build up the intensity to suit your goals and needs, tracking your progress via my app and having a weekly / monthly check in.

Double Trouble

Bring your little ones to the gym (ages 6 to 10*) to train with you!

From pull ups to squats, deadlifts to bicep curls, they'll learn good technique, which muscles they use in each movement and where those muscles are located in the body. They’ll also see you getting stronger with them & most importantly they'll have fun whist learning to feel comfortable and confident in a gym environment.

I am based in a private, female only gym which is very safe & welcoming, and groups are kept small to ensure all exercises are performed safely. Classes are 45 minutes long and run every Saturday at 11am .

 

*Age range is a guide - please discuss with me as all children are different. 

StrongHer

My 6 week female only weight lifting course split into 2 sessions per week - Upper body & Lower body.

This is suitable for all ability levels, with modifications available for all movements as we work on form & technique whilst getting stronger and enjoying the social aspect of class training.

We will do movements such as deadlifts, squats, hip thrusts, bicep curls, and core work.

You will have access to my app to log your workouts, nutrition, pictures and body measurements and a 3 week check in with me.

Ages 13 years and over, Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.
