Online coaching

If you enjoy going to the gym but need a plan to follow; or you can't get to the gym but want to work out at home; this is for you!

Not everyone needs the same level of support so I offer different coaching options:

  • 1:1 Online coaching -

A monthly programme built on your goals, preferences and ability levels - with a number of sessions for you to complete throughout the week at times to suit you - either at home or using a gym membership in your choice of gym. This includes full support coaching around nutrition, mindset and habit building.

We'll discuss your goals and training preferences and create a plan to suit your lifestyle, with a monthly zoom call and weekly check in to ensure you are on track for your goals, make any adjustments necessary, review your targets, and work through any barriers as they arise.

  • Thrive -

Perfect for when you need a plan to follow for your sessions; whether at home or in a gym; but don't need additional support or 1:1 coaching. You'll have a variety of workouts to choose from which change every month, and we'll set goals and targets which we'll review in your monthly check in. 

 

Both of the above options are delivered through my coaching app, with an in-app calendar that provides reminders & tasks for the day, and connects to your Smartwatch and other tracking apps. You can upload pictures & body measurements to monitor your progress (only visible to yourself & me), and we can set nutrition targets and/or goals.

You'll have access to my education library which has a multitude of resources around fitness, nutrition and mindset to help you along the way.

In Person training

 My private, female only studio is in the beautiful Penrhos Manor in Colwyn Heights, North Wales.

I offer the following in person sessions:

  • 1:1 Personal Training -

A monthly programme built on your goals, preferences and ability levels - with flexible session times to suit around childcare/work commitments. This includes full support coaching around nutrition, mindset and habit building, and a weekly check in to help you achieve your goals.

  • 4:1 Personal Training -

A monthly programme tailored to more general fitness goals as you train with 3 other women to improve your fitness. This includes access to my education library to help you improve your nutrition and mindset, and a weekly check in to help you achieve your goals.

  • Group sessions of up to 12 ladies

These can be 6 week blocks or monthly packages and include access to my education library to help you improve your nutrition and mindset

I pride myself on Kinetic HQ being a friendly, welcoming environment to train in, no matter your age, ability, shape or size. We all start somewhere and you will find your cheer squad here ready to help you along the way!

As my passion lies within resistance training, that is the primary focus within my sessions as I help to educate my clients on the phenomenal benefits of weight lifting. These range from reducing your risk of osteoporosis to improving your mental health, building bone density to prevent fractures from falls, and improving core stability and balance.

This doesn't mean you're expected to shift twice your body weight with each movement. You'll start low as you get comfortable and confident with the movement patterns & work on improving posture, mobility & flexibility where needed, gradually building up the intensity along the way.
