Answering the most common questions

Why do you do online coaching - isn't it better to physically be with you?

In person sessions and Online coaching are 2 different approaches that solve different problems.

Online coaching allows us to work more holistically, fit in your sessions to suit your timetable, not mine; and work on your nutrition, habits and routines to get you the best results possible. 

How soon will I see results?

This is very individual, and depends on your goals, how many sessions you are doing, nutrition adherence, tertament side effcets and other personal interventions.

But you can expect to feel the benefits within your first couple of weeks when you commit to the plan and talk to me when you're struggling.

I'm worried about injuring myself when following a plan in the gym or at home on my own, how do I know I am doing things correctly?

My online coaching app has demonstration videos and written explanations for each movement in your plan to help prevent injury and ensure correct form. You can also send me videos of yourself performing the movement for a form check, and we will complete movement assessments in your monthly call.

I never know what I'll be able to achieve with my chemo fatigue, how do I get the best out of it?

We we will discuss this in your initial call and work out a plan that works for you. We also use ranges so that there will be a minimum target to achieve and a more optimal target for the days where your fatigue is easier to manage.

A big part of my coaching is helping you to improve your nutrition and your daily movement to support yourself; to improve your fatigue and build up more energy, strength, confidence and independence.
