How long does it take to get set up on online coaching?
I will be in contact within 24 hours of your initial enquiry to discuss your requirements and goals, and have you set up with a training plan on the app within 24 hours of our call.
How soon will I see results?
This depends on your goals, how many sessions you are doing, nutrition adherence etc but you can expect to feel the benefits within your first couple of weeks if you are sticking to your training and nutrition plan.
What happens during my personal training session?
We will work together to perfect form and technique in movements that help you reach your goals; whether they be strength, health or endurance based. We will discuss any issues or struggles you have with balancing life, fitness and nutrition and find ways to work around them.
I work shifts so can I book different time slots each week?
Absolutely, I'll be flexible and we'll book ahead when you get your rota to ensure you can fit your sessions in.
I'm worried about injuring myself when following a plan in the gym on my own, what do you recommend?
My online coaching app has demonstration videos and written explanations for each movement in your plan to help prevent injury and ensure correct form. You can also send me videos of yourself performing the movement for a form check, or if you are local to me you can book in for one off sessions when needed to build your confidence in the movements.
